The Cooper General Reference Desk is on the second level of the Main Library. Here you will find materials on a wide variety of subjects. The topics include philosophy, psychology, religion, social science, education, customs, etiquette, language, art, music, literature, travel and history. A librarian is available at this desk to assist you whenever the library is open.
If the Richland County Public Library does not own a specific book, General Reference may borrow it, if available, from another library through interlibrary loan. Ask the General Reference Desk at the Main Library for details about this service.
